I have been concious over the last few blog updates that the content of them was quite rushed. I am not wanting to write war and peace but at the same time want each of the updates to have a point, benchmark, a reflection and a forward plan for the next day week or month. On the back of this I am going to try and and start to write a bit every couple of days.
